Includes a 20 minute introductory call and 4 weekly 30 minute One-on-One mentoring sessions, tailored to your needs. Our coaches will apply a goal-oriented approach to help elevate your career effectively.

Transition Companion
Includes a 20 minute introductory call to analyze your goals, the manager transition process of your company and the challenges you are facing. After the initial analysis, your coach will accompany you throughout your entire transition process (or a maximum of 4 months) with bi-weekly 45 minute One-on-One coaching sessions (+ a personalized plan to succeed in your transition).
